Back in August, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against rapper [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Pitbull[/lastfm] for an unflattering song reference. Pitbull was shocked, to say the least, and tried extending the olive branch to her. She refused to accept the apology. Now he’s firing back!

The song in question, “Give Me Everything,” pokes fun at Lindsay Lohan’s arrest record when Pitbull raps, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”
The first problem Pitbull sees from the lawsuit, aside from the fact that it’s, you know, completely bogus, is that it was filed in New York state. Lohan is claiming a Nassau County residency.
Only, given Lohan’s frequent run-ins with the law in California, the Miami-based rapper doesn’t see how she can be a resident of the Empire State.
“Given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future.”
Ouch. There’s more!
“Thus, in light of Ms. Lohan’s continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is a citizen of California, not New York.”
He’s right. With all the community service and probation she has yet to serve, there’s no way she’s leaving Cali anytime soon.
Pitbull would like to see the lawsuit transferred from New York to Federal court.
